This unique show concept invites the audience to attend a concert where two pianos clash, speak and complete each other in a fusion of classical and jazz music. Undisputed masters of improvisation, these two virtuosos take pleasure in revisiting jazz standards and great classics pieces to bring it in new trails. A camera mounted above each respective keyboard projected onto a screen the fascinating movement of their piano playing giving to the audience a fabulous musical moment as much as for the eyes than for the ears!
John Roney and Matt Herskowitz have prepared a special programme, a concert of pieces by Ludwig van Beethoven which celebrates its 250th anniversary. On the programme: Moonlight Sonata, Pathétique Sonata, Pastoral Symphony etc.
