Trumpet virtuoso Herb Alpert was a proeminent artist from the 1960’s. He has achieved international recognition thanks to his memorable music of Latin pop influence. Among others, let us mention Tijuana Taxi, Spanish Flea, The Lonely Bull, A Taste of Honey as well as several others which still register as essential in this repertoire. In 1962, together with the Herb Alpert Tijuana Brass Ensemble, they simply ruled the world! To pay tribute to this tremendous artist, Ron Di Lauro and his acolytes offer this irresistible music for a an evening out of the ordinary !
